Notes
This book is stated to be "Volume One, Shooting the Front, Eastern Operations", whatever that is meant to signify. We have decided to place the book in the "Tannenberg" sub-category of the "Eastern Front" as opposed to finding a place for it in the category "The Air War". This is because it is all about the relevance of air spotting and associated operations during the Battle of Tannenberg, with a main theme in the book that the German victory was at least in part due to the sir component of the battle. The book is full of images, maps, etc., and is set out very well, although it does look somewhat different from the usual. But it is a very useful addition to the Collection, nevertheless.
