Notes
This is a wonderful book, one of Seaforth's beautifully presented studies of important naval types of vessel. The book is a very good companion to Gary Staff's study of the individual navies' battlecruisers (q.v.). The book is really two separate studies of first British and then German battlecruisers of the Great War era, and of course a comparison of those iconic ships of the two most powerful navies of their time.
