The version we have in the Collection is an Open Source publication, and is basically a facsimile copy of the original, but bound by Bibliolife. Lee was a Lance-corporal in the Black Watch when the book was published in 1916; he later advanced to sergeant and was even later commissioned. The book contains 38 poems and a number of illustrations, all by Lee himself.
