This is a history of the whole regiment in the war. The Collection already has, at the time of writing this, a history of one of the individual battalions and of course may collect more, but this is a complete history of the whole regiment. It is written very well, and deals with each of the battalions well. There are numerous maps throughout the book, and many photographs of notable members of the regiment who distinguished themselves in the war, whether officers or other ranks. There are five Appendices which record much about the regiment in the war. Overall, this is a really excellent record.
